Clarity by Design: A Website Concept for a Home Healthcare Provider
Not every website project starts with a blank canvas. Sometimes the brief arrives with an existing site, a working business, and a very specific frustration.
A well-established UK-based home healthcare provider reached out with a clear vision. They had a thriving, operational business and a dedicated team committed to delivering compassionate care. What they wanted was a digital presence that could tell that story more effectively, one that made it easier for families, referral partners and potential team members to find what they needed and take the next step with confidence.
Before committing to a full rebuild, they made a thoughtful decision - to see the vision first. That's where we came in.

A Business That Had Outgrown Its Website
The team had a strong sense of what they wanted their website to do. They wanted their accreditations and experience to be immediately visible, not something a visitor had to search for. They wanted referral partners and potential employees to have a dedicated, seamless way to connect with the agency directly through the site. And they wanted to reduce the back-and-forth of emails and documents by bringing key forms and processes online in a way that was simple for everyone involved.
At the heart of it, the brief was about making an already excellent service easier to access, and ensuring that the first impression their website made was one that truly reflected the quality of care behind it.
Credibility and Easy Access
What we designed puts that vision at the centre of every decision. From the moment a visitor lands on the page, the message is warm and immediate, compassionate, tailored care. The most important information is surfaced upfront, phone numbers, referral access, forms and policies - so that anyone visiting the site can find what they need without friction.
The agency's accreditations including the Care Quality Commission, Nursing and Midwifery Council and Alzheimer's Society Dementia Friends are presented prominently and early in the experience. For a GP, a social worker or a family member exploring care options, these credentials matter enormously. The concept ensures they are seen and felt from the very first scroll.
Forms and referral pathways are built directly into the site and are straightforward to complete, with every submission landing directly in the team's inbox. No downloads, no email chains. Just a smooth experience for everyone involved.
This is currently a design concept, a fully interactive, detailed blueprint of the new experience. Every layout decision and user flow has been carefully considered and visualized so the client can see exactly what they're getting, give their feedback, and move into development with full confidence.
