Building Digital Trust for a Wellness Brand
Elevate Rx is a mobile IV drip service based in Nairobi, bringing doctor-formulated IV therapy directly to clients wherever they are. It's a concept that has gained significant traction globally, but in Kenya it's still emerging, which meant the digital presence needed to work harder than most. The goal wasn't just to attract bookings. It was to educate, reassure and build the kind of trust that moves someone from curious to confident.
The Elevate Rx team came with a clear understanding of their audience. They knew that potential clients would likely arrive at the website with questions like, what is IV therapy, is it safe, is it right for me? Before anyone could book, they needed to feel informed.
The brief was to create a digital home that balanced education with elegance. A site that felt professional enough to inspire confidence in a healthcare context, while remaining warm, modern and approachable enough to reflect the wellness world Elevate Rx operates in.
Educate First, Convert Second
Design: The site was designed in Figma; the interface is clean, open and deliberately minimal. Soft tones, generous spacing and considered typography were chosen not just for aesthetics but for what they communicate care, sophistication and safety. For a service that involves clinical treatment, every visual detail needed to reassure as much as it informed.
Development: The site was built using Next.js chosen for its performance, scalability and strong SEO foundations. For a brand introducing a new concept to a new market, visibility matters enormously, and Next.js gives Elevate Rx the technical foundation to grow.
We paired this with Sanity CMS, giving the client full control over their content without relying on a developer for every update. Treatments, blog posts and service information can all be managed directly by the team, keeping the site current as the brand evolves.
What's Next?
As Elevate Rx continues to grow, the next phase of the digital experience is already taking shape. We're exploring an integrated booking system, a wellness shop for vitamins and supplements, and a content strategy to support their broader mission of educating and empowering clients about the benefits of IV therapy.
